No Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the nature of our program and the resources allocated for each participant, we have implemented a strict no refund policy. Once registration is completed and payment is made, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Participant cancellation.
- Participant withdrawal.
- Changes in personal circumstances.
- Participant's inability to attend due to illness, injury, or any other reason.
- Dismissal from the program due to disciplinary reasons.

Please ensure that you carefully consider your commitment to the program before registering and making payment. By completing the registration process and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this no refund policy.

Art Camp

*NOTE: If you pick your child up after 5PM, you will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute.

Cancellation

Please call 48 hours ahead of your scheduled camp date. If your child is sick on the day of camp, please call the center by 8:00AM.
